Cha'Artistry's Owner and Artist, Chaleka Price, has an artistic eye and crafting hands. Her creative journey started at age 5 when she began taking up the interest of art. Partaking in artistic activities on Saturday mornings and days after school with her father laid a foundation to her artistic interest.

Her journey in Entrepreneurship started around her childhood years. Chaleka sold her art and "kid's-meal" toys from restaurants at the end of her driveway to passing cars and children. Not understanding her gift emerged from her childhood, she will see and later use those gifts to bring happiness to many children through her gifts of art and entrepreneurship. 
 
Chaleka attended Sanford-Brown College and received a degree in Applied Science-Graphic Design in year 2011. With a failed attempt in landing a career in the field of Graphic Design after graduating from college, she later created her own opportunity by incorporating/ forming Cha'Artistry, LLC in February of 2013, offering graphic design services. Although she received a degree in Graphic Design, she also enjoy other creative doings and activities such as drawing, painting, crafting and playing piano. 

Many of her artistic abilities are self-developed such as balloon decorating, face painting, crafting and painting.
